Fun Job, Bad Ethics 01/27/2009This is a great company to work for if you are a college kid and want a discount on clothes. Unfortunately for managers, the discounts aren't enough to cover the clothes. Management is not allowed to wear previous seasons or anything on sale, thus leading to a high percentage of their paycheck going towards clothes. Also, management works long hours with no breaks... you basically have no life because you are dead tired once off. Ethically, the company will only hire people who are beautiful or are decked out head to toe in Abercrombie gear. Furthermore, if you go to a store and ask for an application and you are not beautiful or are wearing Abercrombie clothes, your resume will be discarded. These are just a few of the issues you will deal with as an employee and a store manager.
