So I just opened an account with Bank of America and I am super please....    02/03/2009

I have had accounts with a few major banks, but now that I have one with Bank of America, I don’t know if I will ever change banks again. Other banks in the past have always nickel and dimed me, but Bank of America seems to include everything for free, which makes it super easy for us. First off, when I walk in to a Bank of America branch, I am always greeted with a smile. Even if I have to wait in line for a few minutes I am still always acknowledged by one of the bankers. I have never had any trouble with little miscellaneous charges like I have been with other companies and when something is not perfect, I actually get a phone call instead of a letter in the mail two weeks later. I'll just leave it at that. I am very please with Bank of America and I would suggest it to anyone looking for a new bank.
