DiCicco's Italian Restaurants 01/28/2009Serving the general public can be a chore, and most of the time, restaurant management make it even worse. But DiCicco's is fun! There's a really fun group of servers, and management lets it fly. Everyone really cares here - employees and guests are like family. The goal is great food served fast and with style. Just like everywhere else, tips vary, but typically, there's a good base of business travelers and groups. A healthy 50% discount on employee meals is nice, too. It would be nice if an 18% gratuity were placed on all groups of six or more since the economy is struggling. This restaurant consistently surprises with it's great food value, quality, service and environment. A good wine list and full bar makes for a good service platform, also. A big screen shows music DVDs throughout the night, which is fun (except when you've seen the Three Tenors DVD one too many times). All in all, a great work experience.
