Manager is Bad News 12/20/2009The manager steals from employees, keeps no records of tips paid or unpaid, lies to your face, denies or schedules vindictively and is a bitch to work with. Her attitude literally goes up or down with the weather, and everyone is so afraid to upset her that they don't ask about issues like missing tips, schedule requests, etc. She gets mad and throws trays, slams doors, refuses to answer questions and is generally rude and spreads malicious gossip about employees. Senior management and owner is aware of these issues but won't fire her for whatever reason. And they have so many unhappy former employees that have claimed unfair treatment that they can't even win an unemployment claim. People regularly walk out on this job or quit if they can find anything else. The staff is great, the management SUCKS!!!
