I could go either way on Expedia but i am only a customer. 01/28/2009I have had many encounters with Expedia both good and bad. The best experience i ever had was a plane trip that i had to cancel for an emergency and Expedia gave me a full credit back for the trip. I for sure didn't expect that to happen. But the worst one i had when another trip i had to cancel and expedia not only charged me $150 but to change the ticket, but because the ticket was less than $150 bucks, i not only had to pay for the new ticket but also the difference of the original $150 bucks minor the ticket. So i ended up paying about $275 for another ticket. I should have been smart about things and just bought another ticket for the $125 instead of paying for both, but i guess that's my fault. I just would have expected Expedia to be a better company than that and take care of me in my time of need. Oh well, lesson learned...
