I did not like working for Group Health. The respect or lack of respect I got from my manager was appaling. 01/27/2009I hated working for Group Health. Even though the pay was ok for me, my manager was so useless it was hard to get any work done. It was like watching a blob sitting at his desk picking his nose. What a demotivater. No one has any respect for anyone else around, the staff are over worked and disrespected, and the management doesn't seem to give a lick. You can even see this when you walk in as there are so few patients. Lack of patients means poor customer service which is why people are not coming back. No customers means no money, or less pay for the staff, which means unhappy employees, which in tern means poor customer service which then means no customers. It's a crazy cycle that's for sure. I personally would not recommend working at Group Health let alone coming here for your sickly needs.
