Working at Integra Communications was a very short lived career for me....    01/27/2009

First let me say that i only worked at Integra Communication for a few weeks so what i am saying is a little one sided. My manager was great but the motivational push from the management was lacking. I enjoyed the work environment as well as the pay. Training was short and not very informative but if you didn't know what you where doing, you really didn't have a place working there. Sales quotas where very high but if you hit them, you could make a ton of money. I only left because i had realized that out side sales just really wasn't my thing. Outside of that, i enjoyed working for Integra Communications and would suggest it to others that wanted to apply.
