Microsoft is by far the best job I have ever had, hands down. 02/03/2009Let me start out by saying I love working for Microsoft. Couldn't ask for anything more in a company. The benefits are incredible to say the least. Free pop 24 hours a day 7 days a week, gotta love that. I pretty much make my own schedule but I will say that the work load is pretty high. But as long as I get my work done on time and done right, all is good. I am paid extremely well at Microsoft and got almost a 15% raise this last year plus a few more stock options. I know they are working through some layoffs right now but they are more just trimming the fat so to speak. They are still hiring for positions needed while developing new projects. I’ve worked for Microsoft for almost 4 years now and I just love it. If you have the opportunity to apply because there is a position available that fits your work experience, I highly suggest you do it. Microsoft is the bomb diggity.
