Progressive is by far the best insurance around. 02/02/2009I have gone through a number of cars over the last 12 years and because of that I have also gone through a number of insurance companies as well. This includes Allstate, Farmers, Geico, and Progressive. The last one I had before Progressive was Allstate. I was paying about $950 for 6 months. An ok rate I thought as my past insurance companies were pretty close to that rate as well. On a whim I decided to call Progressive. I hate to say it but I think it was because of a stupid commercial that I saw. Anyways, I called up and evened up getting a quote for $585. Just over a $300 discount on what I was paying before. Now I don’t mind paying a little more or a little less but for me it is all in the customer service I get from a company. But to be paying 30% less than what I was paying before just blows my mind. Even better, the customer service that I have received from Progressive over the last year has been even better than the other companies I have had in the past. Now in the end, you can go with whoever you want, but from my stand point, if you don’t at least call Progressive to find out what they are offering, you will do yourself a major injustice and you might end up paying more than you want.
Happily Progressive Insured.
