Red Robin, or for those of you who know it as the dirty bird, i am jus.... 01/31/2009I am completely done with Red Robin and will never eat there again. They call it the dirty bird for a reason. First lets start out with the pricing. This is for sure no 5 star or even 4 or even 3 start restaurant, so why am i paying 6 to 9 bucks for a small appetizer. The burgers are ok and always pretty well cooked, but not for $11. As for the fries, they are pretty good if you get them none pre-frozen, but if they are frozen first and then tossed into the deep fryer, they come out still kinda hard in the center and they taste gross. The biggest issue with Red Robin is honestly the consistency. No matter which Red Robin i go to, i always seem to get a different take on the same meal. The only thing good at this restaurant are the milk shakes, but not if you have to spend $5 for one. I can't attest for the employees at Red Robin but i can say, if they paid a little more they might be able to hire some better staff and thus have a little better service. For the service i get, i would expect to pay a little less, and then and only then would i be happy eating there. Red Robin need to either drop the pricing of their food, or increase the value of their service. But for me, i am done with the dirty bird. No more my friend, NO MORE...
