I really enjoyed working for Ruth's Chris Steak House 01/30/2009I worked at Ruth's Chris for only 2 months but it was great. Hands down the best job i ever had. I loved my managers because they always treated me with the utmost respect. Training was ok but you kinda learn on the fly. They didn't really have any benefits except for a little discount on your meals but the group i worked with made working there awesome so it didn't really matter. Pay was probably just about average, but i made more at Ruth's Chris than my job before. I don't know if there is really a Ruth Chris who owns Ruth's Chris, but if i ever meet you, I'm gonna give you a big hug. Best steak house around.
