Great team, great benefits, just an all together great place to work. 01/28/2009I loved working at Sears. My manager Sarah was awesome. I started out in you mens cloths, then became a lead and then moved over to shoes. Shoes was awesome. Customers are pretty nice as come on, its Sears. Management is great and the commissions are awesome for this kind of store. I always felt very appreciated as an employee and i was never talked down to. That was a big plus for me. Sears was a great stepping stone for me in my career and i would for sure recommend it to anyone to work there. I give them high scores in all categories. Good job Sears team, keep it up.
