I love my Toshiba TV and would recommend Toshiba to anyone else looking for some kind of electronics. 02/05/2009I have had TV’s for years, also computers, sound systems and a ton of other kinds of electronics. But for the first time ever I finally had a problem with my TV. First time in years. Now oddly enough if was with a Toshiba that I had bought back in the day. I called up Toshiba thinking that they wouldn’t really be able to help me as the TV was so old, and to my surprise, they were able to answer all of my questions. It ended up being something silly but the rep on the phone actually knew the answer. I’m not just impressed that they took care of me, but more to the fact that the guy had the answers at his fingertips. I’m just really impressed with Toshiba and the customer support that they gave me. I’ll be a Toshiba customer for life as long as they keep this up.
