I guess i just couldn't cut it at XO Communications but that was all do to the lack of training. 01/27/2009First let me say that i was only at XO communications for about 2 weeks or so. The pay was amazing but that was the only thing good about working there. Outside of that, i was pretty much on my own. On my first day all i did was fill out some paper work, then they sent me home for the rest of the day as there was nothing more to do. On the second day, they literally gave me a phone book and said start calling. No training no nothing, just start calling. Even when i finally landed a meeting, i didn't even really know what i was doing. Working at XO Communication was basically one big joke. From the day i started work there i was doomed for failure. But the pay was great. I think about 18 an hour for pretty much nothing. If you decide to take up a job at this company, i wish you only the best of luck.
